I entered the senior housing industry in 2001 as a trainer and curriculum developer. Over two decades, my role expanded to directing national training operations across 6,000 team members.
In 2025, I founded elumenEd to bring proven training directly to frontline caregivers and nurses. My Eastern Ergonomics program tackles healthcare's biggest safety challenge—patient transfer injuries—which account for most workers' compensation claims.
Eastern Ergonomics is unique because it's based on my 40+ years of martial arts study. Eastern body mechanics offer solutions traditional ergonomic training overlooks, reducing injury rates while improving caregiver confidence and patient safety.
As both subject matter expert and experienced educator, I deliver training that transforms workplace culture and produces measurable results for healthcare organizations throughout Arizona and beyond.
