I entered the senior housing industry in 2001 as a trainer and developer for a mid-sized operator. As they grew, my role expanded until I directed training for every position in this company of 6,000 people. I formed elumenEd to bring my experience directly to the people who need it most: family and professional direct care providers. At elumenEd, I've created online training for family caregivers who need the professional-grade information that will allow them to safely care for their loved ones at home. I'm keeping professionals safer through my Eastern Ergonomics program that is designed to tackle the biggest safety hazard in the industry, injuries due to transferring patients. My unique approach in both of these fields gives you my unique and deeply studied approach to these topics that will be taught to you by an expert who is also an expert educator.
